Short Order Cakes, Armidale

I have prepared a range o​f Short Order Cakes which can be ordered for family and friends at home or work. These are designed to be special treats for every day or for celebrations. They can be ordered with 'short notice' (3 days minimum) and collected from Faulkner St, Armidale.

Each cake is created as shown with slight variations as they are a hand made product.

Banana dulce de leche Layer Cake

Layers of caramel banana cake filled and topped with cream cheese and caramel.

Chocolate Cake with mascarpone cream filling and chocolate fudge frosting 

A moist chocolate cake filled with mascarpone cream cheese and coated with chocolate fudge frosting.

Red Velvet Cake

A layered red velvet cake filled with buttercream and has a smooth finish. For the final touch the top is also piped with buttercream .

Victoria Sponge Cake

This is a classic. The Victoria Sponge has 2 layers filled with cream and strawberry jam then dusted with icing sugar.  Med. $50 Large: $65

Carrot and Walnut Cake

A more rustic cake. This light carrot and walnut cake is finished with cream cheese walnuts and pepita seeds.

Rose Cake with ombre buttercream

The rose cake is a beautifully moist coconut cake with a rose coloured ombre buttercream finish from white to deep pink.
